Independent Brokers Realty is proud to announce that Loretta Holscher has been recently named one of “2007 Super Real Estate Agents” by Mpls St Paul Magazine (November 2007 issue.) The criteria for this designation is based on 120,000 surveys taken from recent homebuyers, title companies, and loan officers. Deciding factors included such attributes as integrity, market knowledge, communication, marketing, closing preparation, negotiation skills, market knowledge, the ability to find the right home, and overall client satisfaction.
Although IBR was pleased to hear of this award, we were not surprised. In our market, Loretta has always had a reputation for all of those qualities. Loretta has been with Independent Brokers Realty for over eight years. Her resume of prior experiences includes positions as engineer and project manager for US West, with an international assignment in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
Loretta is also the proud recipient of the coveted Buzz Award.
