Daryl Bronniche grew up in Bloomington MN, but was attracted to the small town life and has lived in Princeton for the last 21 years. For the last ten years, Daryl hung his license with Realty Executives, but recently switched to IBR.
According to Daryl, a big part of his decision was IBR’s low fee structure and the structure of the program itself. Jody Allen, a Realtor from Zimmerman, also joined the IBR Princeton office recently. Together, Jody and Daryl service the real estate needs of Princeton, St. Cloud, Milaca, Foley, St. Joseph, Zimmerman, Elk River, Cambridge, Isanti, and other communities in central Minnesota. Their primary focus is residential real estate, including single family housing, some lakeshore, riverfront property, as well as some bank-owned property.
According to Daryl, this is still a good time for buyers to purchase. Inventory levels are high in the area, but IBR’s inventory is selling out, so they are now taking more listings. No one can predict the future, but Daryl does not think this opportunity will last. Bank properties are starting to move, as lenders have become more willing to do short sales. Rates are still good. “This is not the ‘bad’ market as the media has portrayed it. Whether it is a good market or a bad market is simply a matter of perspective. Right now, it is an excellent time for buyers.”
